Birsay Bay Tearoom is situated on the northerly tip of Orkney mainland and has panoramic views overlooking the Brough of Birsay and towards Marwick Head.
A modern tearoom serving light lunches and snacks throughout the day. We also serve delicious home bakes, baked on the premises each day and there’s something for everyone!
Our menu has been designed to make the most of the seasonal fresh local produce and all our food is prepared and cooked fresh each day.
Where are we?
Take the turning to the Birsay village, going past the majestic Earl's Palace on your left, the historic St Magnus Church on your right, over the old stone bridge and keep going for around a quarter of a mile. The Tearoom is located at the end of the road, tucked in behind the greenhouses of Birsay Tomatoes. Look out for and follow our signs!
